Yard Sale

This is the third year in a row that I've had a yard sale. And, it is the third time in a row I'm saying NOT NEXT YEAR. I guess it is a good thing that this was a moving sale and we won't be having a yard sale at the apartments.

This was the beginning of the morning.I tried to claim that it was a multi-fam sale. Because there was a lot of stuff. It continued across our lawn. E set up shelves to hold everything. This girl was incredibly filthy, but was a trooper for most of the day.
This kid was SO FUNNY.
He LOVED all his "new friends" coming to his house. He would go to the edge of the grass and greet the people with "hey guys." Then he'd say "come on!" and take them over to see something. (I'm seeing a career in sales by age 4.) He even offered one gal a Popsicle.
E was a big help and followed all the orders I gave (he even smiled through some.)

The weather was good (a mild 65 with a slight breeze...and the occasional rain burst.) We sold a LOT of our stuff and made (sorry E, we recouped) a good amount of money. We still have too much stuff, but I am yard sale'd out.

What an ambitious project! You are brave for even attempting it. Your kids are adorable. Thanks for your comment on my blog; it's nice to know of other "Harmonie's" around.
