If Proposition 19 passes, would they have border control coming in or out of California between other states?

California Proposition 19 will allow people to buy/sell/smoke pot in California, I am for the Bill. Do you think the feds would set up a border control? Searching everyone leaving California? What would prevent drugs going in to other states?
And if they did have a border control between states, would it hurt traveling to California?

It very likely will only be for residents of CA to legal purchase. People fro AZ could not come across state lines to buy it.

And if the bordering states want to put people on the borders to check people coming into those states, they are free to do so, as long as their budget allows it. Most likely, though, it will be no different in those states than it is today: If you are caught with any in your possession in any other state, it will not matter if you are a resident of CA or not, you will be arrested for violating the law in that state.
