What’s the best phone # lookup engine on the net?

I’ve searched White pages and Yellow pages as well as several other sites. A couple of months ago I found a terrific site that showed my name with all my former addresses back about 10 years. I have been looking for that site again but can’t seem to find it.

If you know of the site I’m talking about, please help. If you know of a really REALLY good site, please let me know.

By the way, Whitepages.com and others affiliated with it aren’t what I’m looking for.
